The annual car show is a fundraiser for both the Moab Rotary Club and our nonprofit partner, the Moab Free Health Clinic.

You will be asked if you would like to add a donation, cover the credit card fees, or tip our ticketing provider at checkout. All are optional but appreciated.

INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Contractor/Vendor/Participant shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Moab Rotary Club, including its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives, from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including, but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or resulting from any act, conduct, omission, negligence, misconduct or unlawful act (or act contrary to any applicable governmental order or regulation) of Contractor/Vendor, its owners, employees, contractors, subcontractors, agents or representatives in complying with this Agreement. The foregoing includes, without limitation, injury or damage to the person or property of Moab Rotary Club, or any third party, whether or not subject to any policy of insurance.
