Vendors will be responsible for obtaining any and all permits including but not limited to: business license(s), Utah State Sales
Tax Commission (sales tax), etc. Vendors are bound by all City and County regulations. Moab Rotary Club, Moab City and
Grand County assumes no responsibility for security. Vendors are responsible for the delivery, handling, take down and removal
of their display as well as disposal of trash. No generators are permitted. No refunds.

NO DOGS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING. NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING.
